Okay I have decided its time to redo the front page so yea...

Below is a picture of "most" of the new textures together. I know a few are missing and when 2.5 is out new textures will have to be added to new blocks. Its just not easy to group everyone together and so I forget a few.

I only like the rust effects.
The endurium has to much light /glare to judge.

The crash foam is better than the original in that it doesn't look like cheese.

I also like rust effects a long with things just looking worn down. A majority of the textures were made with that idea in mind.

I particulary like the rusting effect that you added. Hope to see that added to other blocks.

The crystals might have problems potentially fitting in with other blocks for the purpose of creative building.

Yea but a while back some wanted them to look natural like chunks of crystal in rock so I wanted to do it that way. As for the corrosion effect I know they could be considered "broken" blocks that one could reclaim in the centriforge for scraped bars. These parts could be found in a crashed ship biome and varied to make up all the the current biomes. When entering said biome one will notice a few pieces along the other edge of the biome and as they venture further in they find more and more of it on the surface and deeply embedded into the ground. While the trace atmosphere did heat up the ships they were so huge that the back end survived the heat and embedded itself into the ground. While the blocks have a decor value they also have a bar value meaning easy steel and other bars sitting right on the surface. So we make it 10 pieces to get 2 bars so that people have to mine around 1000 just to get a stack and would rather just mine up some iron. Also deep within the wreckage could be a block I call the Artifact block.

The artifact block is of xenomorph origin and emits a small amount of light. While it also emits power from the block itself and does not produce any harmful effects like radiation. Little is known of the block since its ship vanished after crew reported a gas giant some how pulling them in. The pilots while trying the free themselves from the pull accelerated straight into xenos and nothing else has ever been heard of about the ship or the artifact. What is known from recordings is it seemed the xenomorphs had invented power straight from light itself with The ability to use its light as a conduit thanks to some form of crystals allowing light to escape.These blocks are believed to have powered the xenomorphs ships when in deep dark space. This block syncs right up with any relay and emits the same amount of power as 3 atmospheric directs only its constant. This block can also be used as a light source as well.

Just posted a load of texture changes guys. Feel free to take a peak at the and everything with New next to it is new while everything with Old is unchanged. Note all textures can be changed at a moments notice so all opinions affect how they are changed. If you want to test the pack out your self then feel free to PM me and we can set up something to get you the files you need. Also I have started to mess around with the startup screen background image and thanks to johnnies permission was able to get this set up.

Note I will more then likely be doing more and if you want an image as your back ground make it 1280x720 and ask NCrawler if he can do it for you. Like I said he is the one doing all the work to make these changes work.

Small flaws or fracture pattern might look alright...
