NMS is for 'No Man's Sky', for those who know. Gristmill was talking with Sony a while ago. Now the PS4 has NMS and Xenominer has come to a grinding halt. What do you think?

Xenominer is about setting up a base and surviving on one planet. NMS is about constantly traveling from one planet to the next. They aren't that similar.

You got a point. But you gather resources and it's space based. Also there's hostile aliens and radiation dangers. They share enough for the likes of Sony to be worried. Heck there's been lawsuits over less.

It's more likely that gristmill studios just wasn't getting enough sales and can't continue working on this project of theirs. They've been going quiet way before NMS got popular.

You're not talking into account that NMS has been in development for quite a while. Sony had dug it's claws onto it a while ago. Besides that you don't see what I have done. Mentioning something like that has brought this up on search engines. A little controversy has interesting effects at times.
