Multiplayer Question

Hello, I know what I am about to say and an answer would be "Wait and see" but if it's no big deal I would like to know how multiplayer would be. So when people would join your world they could grief it. Would there be some sort of permissions where you would allow them to grief or not. Will there also be something additional to the MP? Like, will it not just be a normal MP mode where you can join people's worlds and then just play with others. Will there be like a system where you would be able to rate people's worlds or do something that you can't in singleplayer?
