BMT Micro orders download problem.

I bought the game about a year ago through BMT micro orders but every download link I try to use that I was sent and everytime I enter my product ID and password I'm met with a message that says "Password is blocked" I don't know how to proceed at this point and I would like to be able to download the game again. I'd really appreciate some help.
